Shipping by USPS

Shipping time: 20 – 25 days from the date of shipment.

Since we ship from our global warehouses, orders can arrive anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks from the date of shipment depending on where you are in the world. We recommend that you do not place an order if these times are not accepted.

Shipping by FedEx

Shipping time: 5-8 days from the date of shipment.

Surely you are no stranger to FedEx shipping. But we do not recommend customers to use this train because the price is quite high. If a customer wants to receive their order immediately, they can use a FedEx unit and contact us because the shipping unit’s shipping fee is not $4.95.

FexEx shipping costs 17$ for an order, if you want fast delivery within 7 days use this service.

We advise you not to order if these times are not accepted.

Refund (if any)

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and it is our responsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons:

– Product has defect

– Poor print quality

– The product you receive is different from the product originally introduced on our website

Under no circumstances will we be able to give you a refund.

1. Choose the wrong size (we recommend and specify in the description of each product to choose your right size because good manufacturing and operating costs are very expensive)

2. You must specify and email us a photo if there is a problem with the item so we can verify this.

3. We do not accept refund if customer damage the goods.

4. Refunds are not possible for custom items (Custom Name, Custom Number) because the cost and production time is very long and expensive.

Cancellation (If applicable)

After making a purchase, customers have 12 hours to request a cancellation – we’ll be happy to process a full refund.  After that date, the item will go into production and we cannot provide further assistance.

After you place your order in our store. We will wait within 12 hours during this time if you want to change or adjust your information, you can contact us via email.
